Work

Proof, not promises.

A product we built and run ourselves, and a selection of the kinds of problems we solve for clients across agriculture, mining, logistics, manufacturing and field services.

The kind of work we do

Client details are withheld. These examples describe the types of engagement we deliver and the approach we take.

Agriculture
Field & PLCSoftware

Silo and borehole telemetry across remote farms

Challenge. Silo levels and borehole pumps across widely spread sites were checked by vehicle. Pump failures were discovered when reservoirs ran dry.

  • Level sensors and pump controllers fitted at each site
  • GSM telemetry to a central cloud platform
  • Web dashboard with trends, run-hours and alarm escalation by SMS
24/7
Remote visibility of every site

Routine site trips replaced by remote checks; failures flagged before they caused outages.

Mining
Field & PLC

Dewatering pump station control and SCADA

Challenge. Pump stations ran on ageing relay logic with no remote visibility. Operators had to be on site to respond to high-level alarms.

  • PLC control logic with duty/standby rotation and dry-run protection
  • SCADA screens with alarm management and historical trends
  • Documented I/O and tested fail-safe behaviour at commissioning
1
Control room for all stations

Automatic pump rotation evened out wear, and operators monitor and acknowledge alarms from the control room.

Logistics
AISoftware

AI document intake for delivery notes and invoices

Challenge. Hundreds of emailed documents in different layouts were captured by hand each week, with mismatches found at month-end.

  • AI extraction of fields from PDFs, scans and photos
  • Automatic validation against orders and supplier records
  • Exception queue for a person to review only what does not match
Same-day
Exception visibility

The capture team moved from typing to reviewing exceptions, and discrepancies surface the same day.

Field services
Software

Job-card platform with a technician mobile app

Challenge. Paper job cards were lost, photographed late or typed in days after the work was done, delaying invoicing.

  • Web platform for scheduling, dispatch and job tracking
  • Offline-capable mobile app with photos, signatures and GPS
  • Completed jobs flow directly into invoicing
Day 0
Invoicing after job completion

Jobs are invoiced the day they are completed, with evidence attached.

Manufacturing
Field & PLCSoftwareAI

Production data and an AI shift assistant

Challenge. Machine data stayed in the PLCs. Shift reports were handwritten and the reasons for downtime were guesswork.

  • PLC data collected over OPC UA into a historian
  • Live production and downtime dashboard per line
  • AI assistant that summarises each shift and answers questions about the data
3 layers
Machine → data → AI, one team

Supervisors start each shift with an automatic summary instead of chasing numbers.
